The Adult Outpatient Program of Community Partners
provides office based behavioral health services to adults and their families. We offer
a comprehensive array of services for a variety of personal issues and life
situations including:
Depression
Employment Distress
Death & Dying
Anxiety
Separation or Divorce
Substance Abuse
Life Transition
Grief & Loss
Abuse & Trauma
Stress Related to Medical Health
Interpersonal Relationship Issues
The range of services offered through the Adult Outpatient Program in concert
with the greater Community Partners services includes:
Assessment
Individual Therapy
Crisis Intervention
Couples Therapy
Psychiatric Evaluation, Consultation and Medication Management
Psychological Testing
Group Therapy
Adult Family Therapy & Mediation
Access to 24 hour Emergency Services
Referral to Community & Other Agency Resources
Employee Assistance Programs
Community Partners offers services to all residents of Strafford County and, in many cases, to those who may reside outside of the county. Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Cigna, Medicaid, Medicare, and many other health insurance plans cover services at Community Partners. For any services not covered by insurance, Community Partners bills clients by using a sliding fee scale. All fee arrangements are based on an assessment of each client’s total income.
