COMBINED BEHAVIORAL HEALTH AND DEVELOPMENTAL SERVICES POSITIONS

DRIVER – Description: Responsible for transporting consumers of Community Partners to and from services, work and/or other destinations within the scope of service. Prompt pick-up and drop-off of consumers for scheduled runs. Must be able to assist consumers as necessary and appropriate to enter and exit vehicle and/or building. Must be physically and mentally capable of performing multiple tasks under stressful situations. Flexibility to deal with changes in driving schedule and/or routes. Qualifications: Experience in transportation of individuals with assistance needs preferred. This is a 30-hour-per-week position with benefits.

DATA INTEGRITY COORDINATOR - Description: The Data Integrity Coordinator responds to daily questions raised by staff and resolves issues. Researches and works with the ECHO Group in the design and implementation of new functions. Creates and runs reports. Performs data entry to keep database up-to-date and accurate. Conducts staff trainings in CDT and sets up new employees in CDT, SQL and iCentrix. Works with the State of NH, Bureau of Developmental Services to assure data is accurate for data submissions. Must maintain a working knowledge of the various functions that are currently used in Clinician’s Desktop (CDT). Qualifications: Bachelors of Science degree or extensive experience with projects and work flow. Expert knowledge of Word and Excel is required. Familiarity with Crystal Reports or other reporting tools is highly desired. Must be self-motivated and possess a high degree of professionalism with exceptional interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.

SENIOR ACCOUNTANT/ANALYST – Description: Provides support, review, analysis and training to the Business Office Staff and Management team in the areas of accounting, analysis, system setup and reporting. Responsible for reviewing all General Ledger Account Reconciliations, ensuring appropriate backup and adherence to GAAP. Conducts periodic internal audits of billing and accounting system setup, accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial reports and cash. Works with Management Team creating and analyzing department reports with a proven ability to analyze financial data and procedures. Analyzes current manual processes and recommends system-focused solutions. Coordinates with the I.T. Department for the testing and upgrading of Accounting and Billing systems. Troubleshoots Accounting and Billing system issues and trains staff as needed. Minimum four years experience in a non-profit accounting setting preferred. Strong knowledge and competence in GAAP. High level of computer proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MAS90 and database and reporting tools. Ability to develop and interpret policies and procedures. Excellent oral and written communication skills.


DEVELOPMENTAL SERVICES POSITIONS

Part-time LNA – Description: Provide services for a woman in her early forties with a brain injury. Provide assistance with daily living skills including, but not limited to, dressing, nourishment and personal care and hygiene. Provide nursing care as appropriate. This position will be based out of the client’s home in the Rollinsford area. The position is 16 hours, Friday 3-11 and Saturday 10-6. These hours are negotiable. Qualifications: Experience preferred but will train.

Residential Program Coordinator – Description: Responsible for implementing and monitoring quality residential services programs for individuals with developmental disabilities as assigned. Responsible for assuring compliance with NH state certification standards at all times. Responsible for training and supervision of direct care staff and monitors training of Home Providers. Maintains adequate staffing levels in staffed homes. Monitors day-to-day fiscal expenses for assigned programs. Liaison between direct service staff and management team. Monitors med logs, nurse trainer review forms and other program records as required. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in related field. Three years experience in a human services field with at least one year of supervisory experience. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and have some financial skills. Must possess ability to interpret policies and procedures. Must be flexible depending on needs of the organization.
 

EARLY CHILDHOOD SPECIAL EDUCATOR – Description: Work with a dynamic trans-disciplinary early intervention team providing home-based services for infants, toddlers and families in Strafford County. Qualifications: SLP, MEd or MSW required. Experience working with young children required. Child development, home visitation and teamwork experience helpful.

DAY VOCATIONAL DIRECT SERVICE STAFF: Description: Work directly with consumers with developmental disabilities in their daily activities and prepare and participate in assigned consumers’ ISPs. Act as liaison between consumers and community members. Must become medication certified according to HeM 1201s. Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required. Experience in the Human Service industry preferred. Must be able to assist consumers in and out of vehicles.
 

BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES POSITIONS

CSP Therapist – Description: Responsible for intake assessments, appropriate triage, treatment planning and a full regimen of therapeutic modalities, including individual and group psychotherapy, CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused, IMR, substance abuse assessment, and crisis stabilization. Candidate must have excellent communication skills and work well with a multi-disciplinary team. Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field required; LICSW or other NH State certification/license preferred.

CASE MANAGER – CSP - Description: Responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of service plans while providing mental illness management services within the community. Works as part of the CSP team in assisting people with mental illness. Helps people acquire and maintain skills and resources necessary for management of their mental illness while working toward recovery. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field required.

NEW HAMPSHIRE LICENSED THERAPISTS: We have immediate openings for New Hampshire Licensed Therapists on a full-time, part-time and/or Fee-For-Service Basis. These positions are responsible for providing clinical services to adults including intake assessments, appropriate triage, treatment planning and a full regimen of therapeutic modalities, including psychotherapy and crisis stabilization. Also, maintaining complete, accurate and timely documentation in accordance with standards set by the State of New Hampshire, HIPAA and Agency QA Program. New Hampshire licensure as LICSW and Medicare eligibility Master's level degree required
 

FUNCTIONAL SUPPORT SERVICES SPECIALIST - FULL TIME and FEE FOR SERVICE:  Description: Provides direct services to clients with mental illness and/or emotional disturbance so as to enable the client to work towards recovery and resiliency. These services include face-to-face, rehabilitative, in-home and community-based interventions provided to eligible clients based on their individual strengths and needs and focusing on resiliency and recovery-based goals. FSS may also include working with family members, caregivers or significant others to assist clients in reaching these goals. Participate in treatment planning and team meetings with other internal service providers. Consult with Care Manager to develop client’s care/service/crisis plans.  Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in social work, rehabilitation, psychology, education or other related human services field required. Ability to communicate effectively with others, both orally and in writing. Able to exercise independent judgment and use discretion in performance of duties while operating within limits of standard practice. Must possess basic computer literacy and be experienced with or able to learn software applications necessary to perform duties of this position.
 

PSYCHIATRIC NURSE PRACTITIONER:  We are offering this opportunity to a dedicated skilled practitioner wishing to work with our psychiatric team in meeting the behavioral health needs of people in our region. As a member of our team, this position will be responsible for developing and managing a collaborative care model addressing the mental health and physical health of people in partnership with our local Community Health Clinic. Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy or related field. Current NH ARNP License, NH RN License, current DEA required. Must maintain ANCC certification as Clinical Nurse Specialist. One year experience as Nurse Practitioner in a mental health care setting preferred.
